01 | VNQuantum × Tòhe

When a Drawing Becomes an Opportunity

As part of VNQ4SG, VNQuantum collaborated with Tòhe to create a special collection featuring the artwork of children from Tòhe’s Art Coaching class.

The VNQuantum × Tòhe Collection includes tote bags, laptop sleeves, and passport holders featuring artwork by Pham Nhat Minh, a 15 year old young artist from Tòhe’s Art Coaching class.

For Tòhe, art is more than a creative activity. It creates a space for children with autism, disabilities, and disadvantaged backgrounds to express themselves, explore their abilities, and have their voices seen and heard.

When Minh’s artwork became part of gifts presented to participants, experts, and guests from Vietnam and around the world at The 2nd SEA Quantathon in Vietnam (QC4SG 2026), his story travelled beyond the classroom.

A drawing created in a small art class became part of a much bigger journey, from a young artist in Vietnam to an international community connected through science, technology, and innovation.

For VNQuantum, this is a simple reminder that innovation is not only about creating new technologies. It is also about creating new opportunities for people to be seen, heard, and empowered through their creativity.

From Local Roots to Community Value

VNQ4SG also brings us closer to stories rooted in local communities, where innovation begins not in a laboratory, but with the people, resources, and possibilities already present around them.

Quảng Thọ Pennywort Tea is one such story.

In Quảng Thọ, Thừa Thiên Huế, local people have transformed a familiar riverside plant into a locally recognized product, creating new economic value while supporting livelihoods within the community.

For VNQuantum, supporting Quảng Thọ Pennywort Tea is more than sharing a local specialty. It is a way of standing alongside the people who are creating value from their own land, knowledge, and community, while helping their story reach a wider audience.

Every local product carries a story of its own. A story of place, people, perseverance, and the determination to build something better from what is already there.

This is another side of innovation that VNQ4SG hopes to celebrate. Innovation does not always have to begin with complex technology. Sometimes, it begins by looking at something familiar in a new way, recognizing its potential, and creating lasting value for the community around it.
