What is QC4SG 2026?
QC4SG 2026 (The 2nd SEA Quantathon in Vietnam) is the second edition of the Southeast Asia Quantum Hackathon. Following the success of the inaugural event hosted in Thailand, Vietnam is honored to host the 2026 edition as part of the Gia Lai Quantum Year 2026. The hackathon is co-organized by VNQuantum, in collaboration with leading national and international partners, bringing together students, researchers, professionals, and innovators from across Southeast Asia and beyond to develop quantum-powered solutions for real-world challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). More than a competition, QC4SG serves as a platform to foster collaboration, nurture emerging quantum talent, and strengthen the regional quantum innovation ecosystem.
QC4SG 2026 (The 2nd SEA Quantathon in Vietnam) welcomes undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone passionate about quantum technologies. Participants from all countries are encouraged to apply. We encourage individuals from diverse academic backgrounds (including quantum science, computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, artificial intelligence, and other related disciplines) to join us in building the quantum ecosystem across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Unlike traditional hackathons, QC4SG 2026 (The 2nd SEA Quantathon in Vietnam) does not end with the awards ceremony. We believe every team has the potential to create impact. Therefore, all participating teams will have opportunities to connect with investors, industry partners, researchers, and mentors through the VNQuantum network, while outstanding projects may receive further support for incubation, collaboration, and commercialization.
